Entrees:
10oz Pan Seared Bone-in Stuffed Chicken Breast
10oz Pan Seared Stuffed Pork Loin Chop
both stuffed w/ spinach ricotta mix,
served w/ three mushroom cream sauce
or mushroom demi-glaze sauce.
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes.
Fresh Baby Vegetable Medley (baby squashes, mushrooms, onions and red bell pepper with a garlic herb butter).
Fresh Spring Salad.
Dinner Rolls.
Note: All the side dishes will be made with vegetarian ingredients.
